Masuma wheel bearings are engineered to match OEM geometry precisely, guaranteeing proper press-fit installation in the hub and long service life. Masuma produces wheel bearings in different designs:
- Radial ball bearings – deliver smooth and precise wheel rotation, making them ideal for passenger cars.
- Cylindrical roller bearings – designed to withstand higher loads, making them the optimal choice for heavy-duty vehicles and demanding operating conditions.
Depending on the OEM specification for a particular vehicle model, the bearings are available in single-row or double-row configurations.
All Masuma wheel bearings are manufactured from high-quality materials to ensure maximum durability and reliability:
- Rollers, balls, and races are made of high-carbon chromium steel GCr15, offering strength and wear resistance.
- Shell Gadus S2 V100 3 grease is used to minimize friction and reduce wear.
- The NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) seal ring protects the bearings against dirt, moisture, and corrosion.
