Masuma hanger bearings (center support bearings) are designed to precisely match OEM geometry, making installation straightforward and ensuring reliable operation. High-quality materials are used in production:
- Inner and outer bearing rings are manufactured from GCr15 steel, known for its hardness, wear resistance, and dimensional stability under prolonged loads.
- The bearing housing is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy or ST12 steel, depending on the application. 6061-T6 offers light weight combined with high strength, while ST12 provides additional rigidity for heavy-duty conditions.
- The seal ring, made from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), effectively protects the bearing from dust, dirt, and moisture, while maintaining elasticity even at low temperatures.
- The elastic damping sleeve is produced from natural rubber (NR), which provides excellent vibration absorption and resistance to aging.
