Masuma U-joints are produced for drive and steering shafts. The strength of a U-joints directly depends on the method of thermal processing. According to the Masuma technology, all U-joints are quenched in a thermal furnace for 36-40 hours, which largely ensures their high quality. The hardness and geometry of crosspieces from every batch are under mandatory control, including metallographic control and mechanical tests. Most U-joints are equipped with grease nipples which allow you maintaining (greasing) the moving parts of the U-joint, and this significantly increases their lifetime.
