Masuma coil springs are produced of high-quality SUP9 structural steel using proper quenching, tempering, heating and winding technologies. These springs are also additionally processed to strengthen the surface layer and increase the fatigue strength.
All the new types of Masuma springs are computed and modeled in the engineering office of the company in Japan using the ANSYS finite element analysis software system. Enhanced production control guarantees the alloy composition stability and the high reliability of the springs.
