Masuma expands its fuel system component lineup with new fuel injectors for gasoline engines.
WHAT ARE FUEL INJECTORS?
Fuel injectors are key components of the fuel injection system. They ensure precise fuel metering and proper air-fuel mixture formation inside the cylinders. This is essential for efficient engine performance, fuel economy, and reduced emissions.
Faulty injectors can cause increased fuel consumption, power loss, unstable idle, vibrations, and engine management system errors. Injector cleaning and ultrasonic flushing may help in cases of contamination, but worn or failed injectors must be replaced.
MASUMA FUEL INJECTORS
Masuma fuel injectors are a high-quality alternative to expensive OEM units. Their OE-matching design and precision-manufactured components ensure full compliance with factory fuel system specifications.

Masuma injectors are manufactured using wear-resistant materials, including reinforced polyamide and Japanese 430F stainless steel:
- The composite housing made of 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide offers excellent strength and resistance to fuel exposure, vibration, and temperature fluctuations.
- An integrated polyester fiber filter protects internal injector components from contaminants that pass through the main filtration system.
- The 430F stainless steel needle valve provides high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and precise operation.
Masuma injectors undergo three-stage testing for leak-tightness, spray pattern accuracy, and load resistance.
RANGE
The current lineup includes fuel injectors for HONDA, NISSAN, TOYOTA, SUZUKI, SUBARU, MITSUBISHI, MAZDA, HYUNDAI, LAND ROVER, MERCEDES-BENZ, VOLVO, VAG, GENERAL MOTORS, and FORD vehicles.
