Masuma introduces drive shafts assemblies (complete drive shafts) to its range of auto parts.

Drive shafts are critical transmission components that transfer torque to the drive wheels. A drive shaft assembly consists of a durable shaft (axle) and two constant velocity joints (CV joints):

  • Outer ball-type joint: Connects the drive shaft to the wheel hub.
  • Inner tripod joint: Connects the drive shaft to the differential.

CV joints are often damaged due to torn or worn-out boots and delayed replacement. While CV boots are also available in the Masuma range, replacing the entire drive shaft assembly is advisable when both joints are faulty.

Features of Masuma Drive Shafts:

  • Smooth Torque Transmission: Designed for uniform torque delivery without noise or vibrations.
  • High-Strength Materials: Made from 55-grade structural carbon steel for durability and reliability.
  • OEM Specifications: Precisely engineered to meet original equipment standards.
  • Rigorous Testing: Every drive shaft undergoes stringent factory testing for torsion, shear strength, and runout to ensure top performance.

Ready-to-Install Assemblies

Masuma drive shafts come fully pre-assembled and ready for installation. The CV joints are factory-filled with lithium grease and protected by durable, elastic boots secured with reliable clamps.

Current Applications

Masuma offers drive shafts for a variety of vehicles, including: Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, Subaru.
