In 2023, Masuma traditionally participated in MIMS, the International Trade Fair for Automotive Production, Aftermarket and Service Industry. The event in Moscow brought together many representatives of the automotive industry from 20 countries.
At the Masuma stand, which aroused great interest among visitors, the following were presented:
- new 2-year warranty from Masuma in Russia;
- authorized partner program for Auto Service Centers;
- a new line of Masuma motor oils;
- a new line of Masuma auto chemical goods;
- Innovations in 2023 Masuma's Parts Lineup: alternators, engine starters, A/C compressors, steering racks and shafts, gas spring struts, wheel brake cylinders;
- themed stands with timing parts, chassis components, attachments, and ignition system.
Negotiations with current and potential partners are a crucial aspect of such specialized exhibitions. Here's what was actively discussed at MIMS 2023:
- expansion of Masuma's partner network in Russia: adding new regional dealers and authorized service centers.
- promotion of Masuma in the markets of the CIS countries and Georgia: expansion of the range taking into account the needs of the local vehicle fleet;
- the possibility of including Masuma in the list of official suppliers of spare parts for warranty service of Chery and Haval cars;
- new marketing activities, bonus programs and souvenirs for auto parts stores, service stations, and retail customers of Masuma spare parts.
